Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* Child Policy – Below 5 years meals & baby cot is Free Of Charge / 5 years to below 12 years, 50% of the extra person’s rate will be charged.
* Extra Person – Breakfast -15 Lunch – $ 20.00 Dinner – $ 20.00 Extra Bed – $ 20.00 Charges
* Payment Policy – All above rates are “Exclusive of 10% Service Charges & prevailing Government Taxes” A 50% deposit 3 days prior to the arrival is mandatory for the booking confirmation.
* Cancellation Policy – If cancelled 18 days prior to the arrival date – No Charges / Less than 18 days will result in a 50% charge / a no show will be fully charged.
* Check-In time is after – 14:00
* Check-Out time before – 12:00
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
